Returns Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted primarily for manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or significant order discrepancies.

  • Reporting Period: Claims for returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of order delivery by emailing us or through your dedicated account portal.

  • Process:

    • Upon receiving your return request and initial validation, we will arrange for the pickup of the goods.

    • Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all accompanying materials. Items found to be used, damaged by the buyer, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return and will be sent back.

    • Resolution: Upon successful inspection of the returned goods, we will offer a replacement of the defective/incorrect items or a refund.

    • Refunds: A processing fee may apply (e.g., ₹100), unless the return is due to our error (manufacturing defect, wrong shipment), in which case a full refund or replacement will be provided. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of final approval and can be remitted via bank transfer.

    • Final Decision: Our decision regarding the validation of a return request will be final.
